How It Works

Step 1: Reach Out and Consultation via WhatsApp

Begin your  experience with Magic Moments by reaching out to us via WhatsApp. You'll find our full catalogue, complete with prices,  and travel fees to help you explore the incredible options available for your special celebration. During the consultation, which can be done through text or a phone call, we'll customize the package with colors, shapes, and themes to create a truly magical atmosphere tailored to your celebration.

Step 2: Reach Out To Your Hotel

Reach out to your hotel's guest services, reception  or reservations department via phone or email.Let them know that you have hired 'Magic Moments Decor' to enhance your stay with a personalized room decoration.Request the hotel to note on their system that Magic Moments Decor representatives will need access to your room prior to your arrival to set up the surprise.Once you have informed the hotel and they have agreed to our access, please let us know.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking and Receive Confirmation

Once you've chosen your customized package, you'll receive a booking confirmation with all the relevant details. Please read the confirmation, agree to the terms and conditions, and proceed to make a payment via bank transfer or PayPal to secure your booking.

Step 4: Day of Arrival Preparation

On the day of your arrival, a dedicated Magic Moments team member will visit the hotel to decorate the room after it has been cleaned and before your arrival. Please note that you are asked to check in 1.5 - 2  hours after the standard check-in time to ensure the room is fully decorated and ready for your arrival.

Step 5: Enjoy the Magic

Upon checking in, you'll be delighted by the beautifully decorated room, creating an unforgettable experience for your celebration.

Step 6: Departure, Clean Responsibly, and Item Return

On the day of departure, please note that any decorations left in the room may be considered as "excessive mess" by the hotel and may result in a cleaning fee being charged to you by the hotel. To avoid this fee, kindly ensure you clean the room before leaving. Bin bags and scissors are provided for you to dispose of balloons and rose petals if you prefer not to take them with you. If you have hired items in the room, please place them in the box/bag provided and leave them at the reception desk.  If you prefer, you can opt for room cleaning by a member of our Magic Moments Decor team for an additional fee of £20. This service must be booked at the time of your initial booking.
