Terms & Conditions

Hotel Room Services

By using this service, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

"To secure your booking, full payment must be made through PayPal or bank transfer. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before your arrival and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the 10 day deadline."

Arrival

While the hotel check in time is at 3pm please check in after 4:30 pm to ensure the room has been fully decorated before your arrival.

12 pm: Previous guest vacates room.

12pm-2pm: Housekeeping allotted window to clean room.

2pm -4:30 pm - Room decorated to booking specifications.

4:30 pm: You Check In.

Yours to Take

Balloons, rose petals food and drink Items, flowers, gift hampers and food packaging.

​

 

Hired Items

Tableware, cutlery, wine coolers champagne glasses, speakers, wine coolers, candles, chocolate fountain machine and attachments, personalized message boards and light up 3d signs .

Departure

Please take note that upon checking out of the hotel, any decorations left in the room may be considered as "excessive mess" and result in a cleaning fee being charged to you by the hotel. To avoid this fee, kindly make sure to clean the room before leaving. Bin bags and scissors are provided for you to dispose of balloons and rose petals if you prefer not to take them with you. If you have hired items in the room, please place them in the box/bag provided and leave them at the reception desk.

Alternatively you can choose to  have the room cleaned by a member of the Magic Moments Decor team. This incurs an additional fee of £20. Please inform us of your preference when you reply to this confirmation.

Please be advised that upon checkout, the room will be inspected and any damages or theft of hired items will be charged based on the cost price of the item or items.

 

Please note while we will try our best to adhere to the booking specifications due to the differing layouts of each room, minor changes may have to be made.

Events and Proposal Services

By using this service, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Services

The Planner agrees to provide proposal planning services to the Client including, but not limited to, Proposal set up, vendor management and event coordination. The Client agrees to pay for the services as outlined in this Contract.

​

 

Cancellation

If the Client cancels the event, the payment is non-refundable. If the Planner cancels the event, the payment will be refunded in full.

​

 

Changes

Any changes or additions  to the event details must be made in writing and agreed upon by both the Client and the Planner.

​

 

Setup Procedure

The Planner agrees to arrive at the event location 4 hours before the event start time to ensure adequate time for setup.

​

Protection of Decoration Items

The Client agrees to protect the Planner's decoration items from theft, damage or loss. The Client will be responsible for any replacement or repair costs for any of the Planner's decoration items that are damaged or lost during the event as a result of their or their guests actions.

​

 

Governing Law

All Contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom and any applicable federal laws of The United Kingdom.

​

 

Entire Agreement

Contracts  constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
